You will be responsible for generating content ideas, producing visual and written content, collaborating with the creative team, researching and curating relevant content, shooting and producing high-quality videos, editing multimedia content, presenting content ideas to clients, collaborating with the creative and production teams, assisting in experimenting with new content formats and platforms, and crafting world-class social-first brand narratives.

Your mission:
You are a multidisciplinary storyteller who can conceptualise high-performing campaigns and execute them with top-tier production quality. You will lead brand visual and textual storytelling across digital platforms, specifically TikTok. In this role, you won't just produce content, you will shape how one of the world's most legendary sports brands speaks, looks, and connects with their Australian audience.
You will also play a client-facing role, so you must be confident in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align creative output with overall business objectives. This role requires managing relationships, protecting timelines, and elevating the output of the wider creative delivery.
Your duties include but are not limited to:
Content Creation:
Independently conceptualise, script, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality multimedia content (video, photography, graphics)
Generate engaging and innovative content ideas aligned with client objectives and the OK COOL style aesthetic.
Produce high-quality visual and written content for various social media platforms including but not limited to TikTok and Instagram.
Collaborate with the Creative Director to brainstorm and develop compelling content concepts.
Collaborate with the Social Lead to ensure content aligns with the agency's creative vision and standards set in collaboration with the client.
Assist in the execution of large- and small-scale campaigns and projects, contributing creative ideas and solutions.
Craft compelling narratives and storytelling techniques to communicate brand messages effectively.
Infuse brand personality and values into content to foster deeper connections with the audience.
Understand budgets and cost implications. Help keep ideas in budget and technically feasible.
Build, protect and optimize the project timeline in collaboration with the Social Lead.
Stay ahead of internet and sports culture in Australia, emerging formats, design trends, and shifting algorithms to ensure the brand remains highly relevant and engaging.
Research and curate relevant content from cultural spheres such as fashion, sport, music, art, and technology to inform content strategies.
Client Collaboration:
Present content ideas and strategies to clients and incorporate feedback to refine creative concepts.
You are a strategic partner, translating business goals into creative content that actually works, while managing client expectations every step of the way.
Research and Development:
Experiment with new content formats and platforms to expand reach and engagement.
Monitor social media channels for opportunities for content inspiration and optimisation, predominantly on video platforms TikTok, Instagram Reels.
Aiming to discover new efficiencies, build unique visual aesthetics, and establish scalable blueprints that our main production teams can deploy consistently for our client and apply more broadly to other accounts within the studio.
Required skills:
Ability to shoot and produce high-quality videos (creator to come with kit including iPhone, and high-quality digital camera as standard).
Excellent understanding of advanced mobile camera systems, multi-point lighting configurations, and audio capture.
Able to shoot on iPhone as well as Digital camera.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite as well as native platform tools (e.g. CapCut), offline and grading.
Strong understanding of colour spaces, colour correction, and creative colour grading to establish a premium brand identity.
Ability to independently build clean on-screen graphic assets, tracking text call-outs and other low-lift VFX techniques.
Strong creative thinking and idea generation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
Understanding of brand storytelling and narrative techniques.
Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Managing complex production timelines, batching shoots to maximise asset volume, and building time buffers in collaboration with your team.
Relevant experience:
4+ Years in digital production
Experience leading a content campaign from initial concept and scripting, through physical production and post-editing, to final multi-platform distribution.
Proven history of partnering directly with client teams.
A strong portfolio aligned to a premium sports/streetwear brand aesthetic.
